Please note: every field event team must include at least one official qualified to Level 2 or higher (the Assistant Officials qualification is not enough in this respect). This is a UK:Athletics ruling, not just your League Sec. or Field Ref. being awkward.

The two "promoting" clubs are not given Field Event duties, as they are responsible for everything else, e.g. hurdle shifting, results processing, dealing with any crises that might arise.
